Shipping Policy

For all domestic U.S. orders, standard shipping is FREE, which includes insurance at no extra cost.

Packages will typically arrive three to four business days after being shipped from Petrocy Jewelers.

An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery.

For delivery outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO addresses, additional fees will apply. Please contact us for details.

Returns Policy

To return or exchange an item, please either bring it to the Petrocy Jewelers store, or return it by mail.

To exchange or return an item in store or by mail, you must first contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your exchange.

Returns or exchanges sent by mail must be sent via insured carrier within 30 days of delivery, must include the original or a copy of the sales receipt, as well as the merchandise in new, unused, restockable condition including all original parts and packaging.
